I spent 10 weeks in Mauritius and this was one of the best meals we had! We arrived rather late and asked the chef to surprise us and feed us anything he'd like. The food was amazing, authentic and felt like a beautiful traditional home cooked meal!The owner/chef is lovely which added to the all round loveliness of the meal!!Would 10/10 go back! :)

At the entrance I was warm welcomed by the owner. Menu is short and clear, I was not very hungry so the only thing I took was octopus salad that was excellent choice. Wonderful decoration with an eatable flower in the middle. Octopus was fresh and juicy, salad had form of vegetables spaghetti. Soooo good. I could eat it every day.

We had a fantastic Mauritian meal here. I grew up in the Seychelles, so was really interested in comparing the cuisine. Suffice to say, the Chef did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for authentic Mauritian food and friendly service and surroundings.

This is such a lovely restaurant! We stopped in on our way home and had a wonderful meal. Indira (I think the owner, certainly the chef) is so kind, she cooked everything fresh from scratch to order and accommodated dietary needs. The veg thali is so delicious, as was the stir fried octopus. Great value and very generous portions. Thank you! :)

If you go to Bras d'Eau, go lunch at Seabell restaurant which is nearby, at Poste Lafayette. My lamb curry was delicious! Place is clean.

Lovely host and the food was delicious and authentic.We had the lamb curry, fried octopus and the bol renversé for takeaway.Flavours are very good and the food are made to order.Don't miss it if you are around !
